• Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?

  A: Yes. We are a factory specializing in the production of various types of brake pads. Especially the manufacture of commercial heavy truck brake pads.

• Q2: What kind of certificates your brake pads have?

  A: IATF16949 and China's 3C Certification . 3C Certification (China Compulsory Certification) is a compulsory certification system formulated by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (CNCA) in accordance with national laws and regulations.

• Q3: 3.Can you accept OEM or ODM?

  A: Yes.customization is available. Please send your design requirements to us . then we discuss with our professional designers and reply you asap.

• Q4: Can I get a sample of your products?

  A: Yes. We welcome sample order to test and check quality . Please leave your contact information and our sales manager will contact you soon.

• Q5: How long is the warranty period? How to deal with quality problem?

  A: One year or 40000 kms use life quality warranty from loading date. During the warranty period, the factory should be responsible for the quality and durability under the condition that the products are used properly. 5‰ quality problem is the acceptable and reasonable scale.

• Q6: What is your quality inspection process of your products?

  A: 1.）Internal inspection of each product.

  2.）Batch inspection .

  3.）Third-party Testing .

  4.）Incoming inspection → Full inspection online → Semi finished product inspection → Instrument test friction performance → Finished product inspection → Outgoing inspection.

  5.）Laboratory instrument testing：We conduct repeated tests on the necessary friction performance indicators of the product to ensure that the braking performance, wear, shear strength, thermal expansion, normal temperature and high temperature compression data all achieve ideal results.

  Processing method: If there is a problem during production. The raw materials will be replaced and the product will be scrapped.

• Q7: How to proceed an order?

  A: Firstly let us know your requirements. Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirm the art works and pay deposit for formal order. Fourthly we arrange the production then you pay balance to us before shipment.

• Q8: Shipment

  A: By sea shipping through your nominated forwarder agent. Our long-term cooperated agent is also available. Once we ship the goods, we will provide you the tracking number next day.

• Q9: How long is your lead time?

  A: In general , 3 - 5 days once received advance payment when warehouse have stock .If you place a formal order or which no stock .We will give you a production plan to guarantee on time delivery (30 - 45days).

• Q10: What’s your payment terms?

  A: PVC is more chemical/weather-resistant and cost-effective than acrylic but less rigid than PETG. Ideal for budget-conscious projects requiring moisture resistance.
